Job description:                                                                                                          Warehouse SupervisorHelios Towers is a leading independent telecommunications infrastructure company, having established one of the most extensive tower portfolios across Africa. It builds, owns and operates telecom passive infrastructure, providing services to mobile network operators. Helios Towers currently operates in 8 markets in Africa and Oman in the Middle East. Job Summary: The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods. This role ensures productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes run smoothly and promptly. Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff (receiving, picking, packing, and shipping). Ensure accurate inventory management and stock control. Monitor warehouse performance metrics (e. g. , order accuracy, on-time dispatch). Enforce safety and hygiene standards in compliance with company and legal regulations. Maintain equipment and ensure proper functioning of warehouse tools and machinery. Train, evaluate, and motivate warehouse personnel. Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations. Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse performance and inventory levels. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse processes. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred). Proven experience (3+ years) in warehouse operations or logistics supervision. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
