We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Product Marketing Analyst. This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans and programs to create awareness and demand for the company's solutions. S/he will lead product and feature launches and contribute to larger launches within the team.

This role blends product marketing, lifecycle engagement, CRM operations, and campaign management to drive acquisition, activation, retention, and advocacy. You will partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Data teams to not only ensure adoption, but also consistent usage to achieve operational excellence. Responsibilities: Create and maintain product positioning, value proposition and messaging across customer-facing channels and work closely with product management, CX and sales teams to articulate and present a compelling product position. Define the go-to-market strategy for the company's products, and conduct market research to guide product strategy for enterprise buyers and users.

Plan and execute product launches for new features, modules, and adjacent products, partnering with the Product team to communicate features and ensure users understand benefits. Partner with Sales on lead acquisition, qualification and nurturing strategies for inbound and upsell opportunities. Develop and execute marketing plans and programs to create awareness and product demand, utilizing digital marketing tools.

Design and execute automated lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, and in-app messaging to support onboarding, activation, reactivation, upsell, and advocacyBuild customer segments based on activity, feature adoption, usage gaps, institution type, lifecycle milestones etcManage CRM platform for campaign setup, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and performance reportingCollaborate with the CX team to track adoption, usage, retention, and churn metrics with product analytics tools. Analyze data and use insights to inform campaign targeting, customer engagement, promotions and support interventions.

including Competitive Analysis, Technical Writing, Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) assessment, and Recency, Frequency, and Monetary (RFM) analysisDeliver internal training for the sales team, create marketing collateral and sales enablement materials highlighting workflow improvements and competitive advantagesAny other related duties as required. RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing or any other related field is required3 - 5 years of professional experience as a product marketer within the tech industry.

Proof of work in the areas of product development, or product marketing with SaaS companies or an OEM would be a plusProven ability to plan and execute GTM strategies for tech products, ideally in healthcare or SaaSStrong CRM and marketing automation skillsExcellent copywriting, campaign planning, and storytelling skills. Incredible at articulating the essence of products and the value they create. Can simplify complex products for consumers to understand.
