Key Responsibilities: Act as a bridge between business users and IT/application support teams. Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for system enhancements, defect fixes, and support requests. Support day-to-day application operations, including incident and problem management. Work with development and support teams to ensure timely resolution of user issues. Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) planning, execution, and sign-off. Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization. Prepare functional documentation, workflows, and knowledge base articles. Communicate with stakeholders on ticket status, timelines, and resolution plans. Required Skills: Strong experience as a Business Analyst with exposure to application support.
Knowledge of incident, problem, and change management processes (ITIL preferred). Proficiency in gathering and documenting business/functional requirements. Good understanding of databases (SQL for queries) and basic troubleshooting. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in Agile or hybrid environments.
