Regional CFO Asia PacificKEY RESPONSIBILITIESThe Country Head of Finance has an overall responsibility for strategic planning, implementation, managing and running all finance and accounting functions of all legal entities of the country, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk, compliance and governance in line with Group policies and local legal requirements. As the key member of the executive management team of a country, it holds joint responsibility along with the country management team to steer the company towards achieving set budget. Responsibilities include but not limited to Provide leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team.

Provide functional direction/guidance on Finance matters and define functional developmentProvide recommendations and insights to country management across the business to exceed forecasts and budgets.

Manage the processes for financial forecasting and budgets and ensures timely and accurate financial reportingSupport product groups with regards to business planning, accounting, M&A, working capital, competitive strategy as well as performance management supportSupport Product Managers in assessing financial profitability of clients/productsPrepare KPIs for the continuous monitoring of financial development of productsAdvice on long-term business and financial planningResponsible for ensuring legal complianceResponsible for ensuring risk, compliance and governance management is embedded in financial processes.

Ensure tax and regulatory compliance for HWL entitiesInitiate and lead Finance-relevant projectsMake sure the successful implementation of Global/Regional/Country Finance SystemProactively foster and support company country initiatives and projects Leadership in the matrix Foster collaboration between Geos/General Management, Products, Sales and Supporting functions (“matrix mindset”)Act as escalation level and support conflict resolution for conflicts/stalemates between Finance and Geo/Sales/Supporting Function responsible on lower organizational levelKey Requirements: 8 years of experience in related fieldsMinimum of 4 years in related industry Management experience in international /global environments.

Sound knowhow and experience in Finance and Accounting Familiar with local tax laws/ regulationsExperience in handling external audits and tax auditsExcellent interpersonal skills and able to work effectively in a diverse work group
