Job Description

Anticipated Contract End Date/Length: February 21, 2026 (mat leave coverage)Work set up: RemoteOur client in the global professional services industry seeks a Corporate Communications Manager (mat leave coverage) to join the CEO Comms team within the Office of the CMCO. The team supports the Global Chair and CEO in non-media speaking engagements and manages related logistics. The role involves project managing each speaking moment, ensuring timely coordination, accurate content, and alignment with messaging strategy. It also includes overseeing the full video production process for internal and external CEO requests, from scripting to post-production. What you will do:

Manage communications in support of the Global Chair and CEO, with a focus on non-media speaking engagements, both internal and external. Serve as project manager for each CEO speaking moment, ensuring stakeholder coordination, deadline adherence, and message alignment. Coordinate across teams to ensure timely input, approvals, and alignment with messaging strategy. Handle video production for internal and external CEO requests, including scripting, scheduling, and post-production. Partner with the Office of the CEO (OCEO) to execute speaking engagements logistically and strategically.

Support planning and execution of internal meetings and executive events, ensuring smooth coordination with involved teamsMaintain clear understanding of Global Chair and CEO priorities and ensure consistent messaging across engagements. Navigate stakeholder input and approvals using the established matrix. Collaborate with internal media teams and platforms such as CANVAS. Act as project manager for each speaking moment, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and message consistency. Respond quickly and calmly under pressure, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications5–7+ years of experience in corporate communications. Strong copywriting skills, particularly for executive-level messaging and content.

Excellent organizational abilities to manage complex communication projects. Experience coordinating video recording logistics, script review, and scheduling. Familiarity with internal media production processes and content management tools. Background in event and meeting planning is a plus.
