Job DescriptionAnticipated Contract End Date/Length: October 1st, 2025 - March 31st, 2026Our client in the global professional services industry is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to join their team on a 6-month contract.

The role will primarily support a programme of work related to the domicile change for a European entity, with a strong focus on administrative and coordination tasks to ensure smooth execution. This is a fully remote position, requiring excellent organisational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively. What you will do: Outreach ExecutionSend emails to relevant stakeholders and manage outreach schedules. Coordinate follow-up calls with SMEs across Legal, Operations, Technology, Compliance, and Business Continuity teams. Share business objectives and potential impacts with data providers. Information ManagementGather and distribute programme-specific requirements and documentation to data providers.

Ensure accurate and timely communication of changes. FAQ ManagementMaintain a centralised log of all FMI-related questions and responses. Share relevant information with data providers as appropriate. Support & LogisticsPrepare meeting materials, agendas, and supporting documents. Take accurate minutes during meetings and distribute them promptly. Track all interactions and updates centrally to ensure visibility and accountability. QualificationsPrevious experience in a Business Analyst, Project Support, or Administrative role (preferably within a financial or consulting environment). Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise across multiple teams and stakeholders. Excellent organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, etc. ). Ability to manage and track multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
