As a key member of the Financial Planning & Analysis function, this role will report to the FP&A Director, with ownership of consolidated financial insights reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning processes. This individual will be a trusted partner across the business, providing financial insights that inform decisions at the executive level.The ideal candidate brings a strong financial background and commercial acumen, a solid understanding of the omnichannel apparel industry and business models —and a proactive approach to business partnership.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and/or establish the monthly, quarterly, annual, and long-range performance governance and planning cycles, delivering clear and actionable financial insights to internal leadership and external ownershipA key contributor in the strategic planning processes, able to model scenarios and challenge assumptions with both financial rigor and commercial intuitionOwning the “total business view”, integrating insights across various channels and functions to deliver a clear and cohesive financial narrativePartner closely with the FP&A team’s channel owners to stay on top of cross-channel performance drivers to ensure holistic financial context is provided to leadershipBuild strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including Business Unit and Functional Leaders, Group Finance, Accounting, Planning and OperationsTake a lead role in supporting insights and forecasting for HQ OPEX by building relationships and collaboration with Functional heads and Group FinanceContinuously improve and develop reporting to suit the needs of the business, including ad-hoc insights, being able to work cross-functionally to gather and interpret informationRepresent the function in leadership and decision forums and supporting decision-making at the highest levelSupport the continuous improvement of financial processes, systems, and tools (e.g., Excel, Anaplan, BPC, BO) to scale with the organization’s needsWe Believe You Have Experience Working AsAn FP&A lead or senior finance business partner for a multi-channel business (e.g., wholesale, retail, e-commerce), ideally in the apparel or sporting goods space.
