This position is responsible for handling Tier-1 level help desk issues for our company employees (the customers) and systems. Ensuring customer satisfaction and solving issues in an efficient and pleasant manner are essential for this position. The Help Desk Engineer is a key contributor in the success of managing our IT environment. This is achieved by quickly resolving open incident requests submitted by employees or by continuously monitoring alerts generated by our tools and resolving issues before our customers are aware.Knowledge, Skills, And/or Abilities RequiredTo successfully perform the requirements for this position, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
