The role will be performed on a hybrid basis, based in Lisbon, and in rotating shifts, providing first-line technical support.ResponsibilitiesHandling and resolving first-line technical requests related to infrastructure, Workplace, and services.Recording and monitoring incidents in the ticketing system.Escalating more complex situations to second-line teams.Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective and friendly support.Collaborating with technical teams for continuous process improvement.QualificationsTechnical training (preferably in IT, networking or telecommunications).Previous experience in technical support roles is valued.Interest and motivation to learn about infrastructure and telecommunications.Basic knowledge of Help Desk (Windows, networks, remote support tools).Good communication skills and customer focus.Team spirit and proactivity.Additional InformationLocation: LisbonWork schedule: Hybrid. Availability for rotating shifts (including weekends and holidays).
