Job Description

What You’ll Do:Provide frontline and remote support to the firm’s employees, including senior staff.Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues.Work daily with Windows 11 and Microsoft Office environments.Get hands-on exposure to M365 and Intune (an advantage).Requirements:1–2 years of experience in a Help Desk or IT support role – must.Strong proficiency in Windows 11 and Microsoft Office – must.Solid understanding of hardware and software installation – must.Advantage: Microsoft certification and/or experience with Intune.Proactive, service-oriented, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure. Working Hours: 9:00–18:00 (flexible)
