Discover the 10 benefits of being a Primer (https://www.youtube.com/ watch?v=NQ0s0kLzZ0w) and see why we are much more than just a technology company.We are looking for a Help Desk with: Provide In person / Face to face, IT support in a large-scale end-user environmentRemote Support & In person/On desk/field supportWork by procedures and ticketsWarehouse, stocks control, logistics & Back-office tasksTechnical Skills:Hardware and SoftwareL1/ L2 SupportNetworking and securityProblem solving and critical thinkingMicrosoft tech savvyMain Technologies : MS Windows, M365, Printers, Audiovisual equipment’s(cisco), iPhone & Mac, Smart pass, Active Directory, Network protocolsTech savvy with working knowledge of office and corporate products, technology adept and consumerComfortable (not an expert) with Microsoft technology and products (Excel, windows, Outlook)Good understanding of collaborative tools and its importance in the current digital working eraKnows and comprehends the importance of IT Security, Cyber Security in a corporate environmentGood understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech productsAbility to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues and beyondLocation: Lisbon | Porto | Remote | Hybrid Project Type: National and/or international Level of Experience: Mid (3 to 6 years) Salary Package & Benefits: €1,200 to €2,000 (salary base) + Food Allowance + Flex Benefits Need more reasons?
