Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Help Desk Specialist to provide technical support and service restoration in a dynamic, distributed IT environment. This role involves supporting PCs, Macs, mobile devices, Office 365, VOIP, VPN, video conferencing, and email systems.Key Responsibilities:Manage and troubleshoot Office 365, Active Directory, and Group Policies.Set up and support MS Office, email, and user accounts.Configure and image PCs, Macs, mobile devices, and other hardware.Provide remote support to field and traveling staff.Document system setups, procedures, and configurations.Lead IT projects such as upgrades, deployments, and integrations.Stay current with new technologies and assist with training documentation.Qualifications:3-5 years IT support experience (or equivalent).Strong knowledge of Windows, Mac OS, Office 365, Active Directory, and cloud apps.Mobile device management experience.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.Degree in IT or related field preferred.Experience with Microsoft NAV is a plus.$ 31.00/hrHV23#HV23
