As well, we are faster and more flexible in meeting customer requirements.Job SummaryThe Helper will provide physical support to the facility team during maintenance, transporting goods, holding the scaffoldings, assembling furniture, cleaning the premises. Key Accountabilities: Supervise cleaning staff to clean the premises Assist the facilities staff in cleaning activities Perform garden/yard upkeep Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps, walls etc. Operate the man lift to assist the overhead maintenance activities Load and unload furniture to transport vehicles Install various furniture for Halcon Staff Help facilities technicians in mobilizing the material and tools to work site Assist the maintenance staff in wiring, repairing of mechanical, plumbing system and HVAC equipment Support the pest control activities Ensure adherence to safety standards Enforce and comply with all established policies and procedure Experience & Education Qualifications: Minimum 1+ years of experience in facilities maintenance. Preferred: 3+ years of experience in facilities maintenance. At least high school graduate #HALCON
