We are looking for a Project Manager experienced in setting up new legal entities to support the launch of a new company structure in Canada for our global client.
This is a strategic, high-visibility initiative requiring hands-on execution and strong cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate brings direct experience with NTT entity setups or comparable multinational environments. You'll work closely with internal teams across Legal, Finance, HR, IT, and Compliance, ensuring that all regulatory, operational, and technical components of the new entity are delivered on time and aligned with global standards. YOU WILLCoordinate the end-to-end setup of the new legal entity in Canada;Align workstreams with internal and regional project managers;Collaborate with corporate functions (e. g.
, Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Compliance);Define timelines, key deliverables, dependencies, and ownership;Organize and lead meetings, working groups, and reporting check-ins;Maintain and update project documentation, slide decks, and status reports;Monitor progress, risks, and interdependencies across all project areas;Track legal, operational, and systems readiness for entity go-live;Ensure smooth collaboration across time zones and functions; Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-go-live activities where needed;Assist in change management or transition efforts related to the new entityRequirementsProven experience with setting up new legal entities, preferably in an NTT or global corporate context;Experience in leading large-scale UAT processes, including participant coordination and monitoringStrong project coordination and organizational skills;Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across departments and regions;Experience working with corporate systems (e.
