About this Position We’re looking for a proactive and organized Campaign Solutions Project Coordinator to join our Team. If you enjoy keeping things on track, connecting the dots between teams, and helping great ideas come to life—this might be your kind of role. You’ll be at the heart of our campaign production and localization efforts, making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. What You´ll DoSupporting strategic projects around campaign production & localization. Keeping tabs on action items and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. Following up on to-do’s from workshops and meetings.

Coordinating non-campaign projects and helping them move forward. Creating and updating training materials. Scheduling and tracking cross-functional activities like workshops and trainings. Building reports and gathering insights from different teams. Leading the testing and rollout of new digital tools. Working with stakeholders to improve how our processes work. What makes you a good fit Project management experience – you know how to juggle multiple tasks and keep things moving. Strategic mindset – you can see the big picture and plan accordingly. Analytical thinking – you’re comfortable digging into data and turning it into useful insights.

Strong communicator – you’re great at working with different teams and making sure everyone’s on the same page. Adaptable and flexible – you’re comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
