About this Position In this role, you will be responsible for executing and improving production processes to meet quality, efficiency, and safety standards. You’ll lead process optimization efforts using continuous improvement tools, address root causes of production issues, and ensure ISO 9001 compliance. Additionally, you’ll manage autonomous maintenance programs, monitor production performance, and support operator training and development to enhance overall output and product quality.
What You´ll Do Carry out production according to the defined standards of process and taking actions to improve the processConduct process optimization utilizing continuous improvement tools that improves cost, output, yields, uptime & qualitySupport/ensure applicable engineering compliance with all ISO 9001 requirements, including continuous improvement projectsSolve short & long term process issues through solid root cause analysis & implement solutionsPlan, develop and realize autonomous maintenance programs in order to ensure compliance of machinesEnsure realization of planned production programEnsure that material fields are within company standardsDevelop work safety procedures, make sure the team under supervision follows rulesCarry out criteria assessments and prepare the report for continuous improvement and performance follow up, present it to management, plan and implement necessary corrective-preventive actionsDetermine training needs of operatorsImprove the production methods for developing the quality of the packages & product What makes you a good fit University degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical and Electronical Engineering departments are preferred.
