Job type: Full-time, Remote Level: Junior Language: Bilingual (Italian & English) One of our clients is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join their remote team supporting staffing services in Italy. This junior-level role is perfect for someone who understands the basics of Italian labor operations and is eager to take ownership of daily workflows related to contracts, onboarding, payroll coordination, and compliance tracking. Key Responsibilities: Draft and manage worker contracts using digital tools (e. g. INTIWAY)Coordinate contract signatures and ensure proper archivingOversee worker onboarding: collect ID docs, tax codes, safety certificates, etc.
Liaise with external labor consultants, payroll advisors, and safety specialistsMonitor that key actions (e. g. UNILAV, INPS registrations) are completed on timeUpdate internal trackers for contract timelines, assignments, and absencesCoordinate payroll inputs (e. g. overtime, sick leave, time off)Serve as the first line of support for worker questions (contract, pay, etc. )Maintain organized digital files and folders for all compliance documentsExecute steps defined in internal SOPsRequirements:
Fluent in Italian & English (must-have) 1+ year of experience in HR, staffing, or labor operations Basic knowledge of Italian labor law or willingness to learn Comfortable using Excel, email, and shared digital tools Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail Nice to Have: Experience with INTIWAY or similar HR systems Background in staffing agencies or outsourced employment contexts You’ll work closely with: A remote Head of Operations Local General Manager External labor/payroll advisors
