Reporting to the Head of Clinical Strategy and Delivery, we believe in working as a team to create greatness, and you will see yourself working in collaboration with a Regional Business Manager People and Culture Business Partner to deliver clinical consistency and excellence across Heritage Lifecare. You will be an enthusiastic and focused senior clinical member with a Registered Nurse annual practicing certificate, with a drive to ensure high-level clinical care is provided to our residents by undertaking clinical leadership, quality management, and continuous improvement.

We will offer you a permanent full-time position, with an attractive annual salary and a vehicle for work purposes. There will be travel requirements in this role.

He pūkenga tou | Skills & Experience Current NCNZ APC as a Registered Nurse Experience as a senior registered nurse managing clinical teams Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate well with all levels of the organisation as well as with outside parties Strong understanding of interRAI principles and experience with eCase Ability to interpret data and design Valid Full NZ Drivers Licence A sound understanding of Nga Paerewa Services Standard and the practical application of Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles in the workplace.
