You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our residents are cared for to the highest standard with kindness and patience, in a warm and caring atmosphereYour Skills And ExperienceProven experience caring for others, ideally within an aged care environment. Minimum NZQA Certificate in Health and Wellbeing, or an equivalent New Zealand or overseas qualification (e. g. Bachelor of Nursing, Diploma in Nursing)Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. A genuine love for helping people, excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and positive attitude.
