Responsibilities: Responsible for all sales activities in store within Hermès standards of image and services worldwideDeliver quality and consistency of service including identifying customers’ needs, developing client relationships, sale, and delivering post-sale servicesAchieving sales target and maintaining a high level of customer service, product knowledge and basic operational proceduresBuild and maintain long-term relationship with customers by providing excellent customer experienceAssist with inventory and special projects as neededOther duties as assignedRequirements:
