Job Description

GENERAL ROLEAs a HRBP, you will act as a strategic advisor and collaborative partner to business leaders across store and office functions. You will drive key HR initiatives across talent management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness while ensuring alignment with and our brand values and brand goals. This position will report to the HRBP Manager of Hermes Korea.

Major Responsibilities TALENT MANAGEMENT & ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENTEnsure the Performance Management process is properly followed and implementedProvide guidance and timeline for the rolling-out of the Annual Performance Appraisal Review exercise with three key processes of target-setting, midterm review and final evaluation including 360 appraisal processesConduct talent review and succession planning to identify and develop leadership talentsPartner with leaders on career development plans and mobility strategies within the organization.

Manage competency guidelines according to the group standards and communicate company MBO and KPIs for different positionsDevelop workforce plans in partnership with business leaders to align talent supply with business demand and in executing the smooth transition of organization change EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT & CULTUREDesign and implement employee engagement programs tailored to Hermès social modelConduct and analyse engagement survey and drive action plans to strengthen employee engagement and satisfactionDevelop strategies to enhance the employee experience and foster a culture of respect, recognition and motivationDevelop, implement and manage diversity and inclusion strategies, programs and initiatives aligned with company values and business goal to building a diverse and inclusive workplace HR ADVISORY & LEADERSHIP PARTNERForm close partnership and provide consultation and advice to stakeholders on a wide range of strategic and operational HR topicsProactively gain feedback from business to aid HR functions to improve service levelsEquip managers with appropriate tools and knowledge for effective team and people management Support business leaders to strengthen leadership capabilities, accountability, and management skills EMPLOYEE RELATIONS & COMPLIANCE / POLICIESWork with stakeholders to monitor, manage and resolution of employee relations issuesCollect employee opinions and acts as bridge of communication between management and employeesMaintain up-to-date knowledge of local labor laws and ensure organizational compliance across regionsOversee employee regulations, policies, and the communication of changes across the workforceOrganize labor management council meeting and follow up on action to support effective employee relationsCoordinate with group audit and regular labor audit by the ministry of labor CHANGE MANAGEMENT AND HR PROJECTSSupport change management initiatives including communication planning, stakeholder alignment, and trainingContribute to regional and global HR projects related to employee experience, HR solution, and policy harmonization.

Partner cross-functionally with other HR functions to deploy best HR solutions across the organizationPerform other related duties as assignedRequirements & CapabilitiesDegree qualified in Human Resources or a related field10 years of experience in a HR generalist including 2-3 years in a HRBP role acquired at a dynamic HR cultureWorking knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance managementEthical, interpersonal skills, superior communication skills, persuasive abilities, the ability to influence and to work in a team, a good level of professional maturity in HR professionA Certified coach is preferred/ inhouse coaching experienceFluent and proficient communication in EnglishExcellent computer proficiency"A creator, artisan and seller of high-quality objects since 1837, Hermès is an independent, family-owned French house that employs nearly 23 200 people worldwide.
