Job Description

Department: CorporateLocation: Nottingham, PADescriptionWe are currently seeking a qualified individual for the Accounting Administrator position, joining our Nottingham, PA team! This is a temporary position. SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 40+ hours a weekBENEFITS: This position is full-time benefit eligible, elective benefits include: Medical, dental, hearing and vision insurance. Benefits start the first of the month following 30 days of service (unless otherwise noted in plan description). Key ResponsibilitiesScan and attach customer receiving documents (DSD Slips) to invoices in the accounting system. Maintain customer master inbox and complete requests for new customer setup and maintenance. Assist accounts receivable team with opening mail on heavy deposit days. Other duties as assigned.
