This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Hershey Lodge Food & Beverage Department.

Greet guests and answer telephone calls Type correspondence, memos, reports, and menus Make copies and send faxes Organize and maintain files. Distribute incoming and outgoing mail Menu engineering and printing for restaurant operations Maintain and update digital menu boards Review house guests counts and group trends and send them to the team Support the team with reservation requests and amenities Manage expense reports and submit receipts Order operational supplies and process PO's Track guest comments Perform other duties as assigned QualificationsMust be 18 years of age or older Must have high school diploma or equivalent Minimum 2 years of Administrative experience.
Food and Beverage experience preferred Knowledge, Skills, And AbilitiesAbility to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Ability to type approximately 60 wpm with a high degree of accuracy. Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word. Basic knowledge of InDesign Software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and proofreading skills and attention to detail. Ability to listen effectively and resolve guests' issues. Ability to concentrate and maintain organization in a shared workspace. Job DemandsPhysical requirements include sitting (up to 100% of the shift), communicating, performing detailed work at close distances, and finger dexterity.
