Provide technical support for our Dedicated Root Server customers worldwideAnalyze and resolve fault and incident situationsBuild and maintain new IT infrastructure in our data centersWork as part of a communal and fair team, where mutual support is a priorityWe expect you to have: Strong Linux skills and command line proficiencyUnderstanding of computer components and their functionalityAn analytical mindset and structured way of workingAbility to adapt and perform under pressureExcellent customer service and problem-solving skillsFluent English skills (spoken and written)Willingness to work in a three-shift system – our services operate 24/7 (We offer you:

Selected candidates will be required to undergo a drug test. Salary: According to Tipal TES (Collective Agreement), Hardware and Software Maintenance – €2999/month. Annual compensation including shift bonuses: Approximately €45,000 – €50,000. The data center park is located in Tuusula. Remote work is not available for this position.
