Head of Operations at Hevini 🎾Hevini is a next-gen tennis startup building high-performance rackets designed for real players—not mass-market profits. I’m Brayal, an 18-year-old founder from the D. C. area, and after a year of solo pushing, I’m looking for a dedicated co-founder or operations lead to help scale Hevini into a serious force. You’d be responsible for turning vision into logistics: managing supply chains, working with manufacturers, building out systems, and helping prepare for launch and scale. We’re already testing prototypes and getting feedback from players—now it’s time to move.
