In this high-impact role, you'll work closely with sales leaders and frontline teams to shape strategy, optimize processes, and implement tools that accelerate growth.

Main Tasks And ResponsibilitiesLead initiatives to drive CRM adoption across the organization, ensuring effective use of the tools to support sales performance and Hiab’s growth objectivesAct as the business voice in identifying CRM improvement needs, gathering input from frontline sales teams and divisions, and collaborating with the system owner team to guide development prioritiesServe as the primary point of contact for frontline managers and divisions on CRM-related questions and training related to sales processes, commercial reporting and daily usageProvide business input on customer master data requirements to ensure data reliability, consistency and alignment with commercial needs – in collaboration with data governance and system teamsSupport CPQ change management and commercial adoption in the CSCs (Customer Service Centers), working closely with the system owner team on rollout, feedback collection and continuous improvement from a business user perspectiveDevelop and maintain Sales Activity dashboards for divisions and frontline sales teams to enable data-driven sales management and better demand forecasting, covering both data preparation and visualization.
What You’ll Need To SucceedExperienced in change management and project management in commercial operations5+ years of experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, or CRM/CPQ managementStrong expertise in CRM systems (e. g.
