We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to scale infrastructure, accelerate time to market, enhance security and compliance, as our primary goal is to deliver financial services reliably, securely, and efficiently in a highly competitive market. Experience & Domain Knowledge: Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and managing configurations using code. Expertise in managing CI/CD pipelines and streamlining the end-to-end deployment process to ensure efficiency and reliability.
Proficiency in implementing monitoring and alerting systems to ensure service availability and performance. Handling incidents, troubleshooting root cause analysis, and implementing remediation measuresEnsuring systems meet security standards and compliance requirements, mitigating risks and vulnerabilities. Participate in on-call rotations ensuring system availability. Collaboration and Participation in the product life cycle, work closely with our product and development teams to integrate best practices in a fast-paced environment to ensure alignment with business goals. Strong sense of ownership for systems and service reliabilityTechnical skills: 5+ years in a DevOps or related role in a high-available environment.
Hands-on experience with major cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Extensive expertise in containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)Expertise in setting up, managing, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines with tools like GitLab, Jenkins.
Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, load balancers, and VPNs)Advanced knowledge of scripting and programming languages (Python, Go, Bash) and experience in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)Familiarity with Grafana, Prometheus, PagerDuty and ELK Stack for monitoring and observabilityExperience working closely with development teams to improve application delivery and build efficient, automated pipelinesBusiness level proficiency in English or above (equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR)Soft skills: Communication: Effective communication skills, especially with teams responsible for security, operations and productAnalytical thinking:
