High Net Worth Campaign Management

Job Summary:A Marketing Campaign Activations and lead the development and execution of innovative marketing campaigns that drive growth and engagement. This role is required expertise in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and data analysis will be pivotal in creating effective campaigns that resonate with our target audience. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, responsible for every stage of campaign development, from ideation and design to execution and measurement, ensuring our campaigns deliver measurable results and drive Agency business growth under dynamic environmentRole & Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive Elite Advisor campaigns and mechanism design that align with Agency’s production target.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign messaging and creative assets are on high net worth, wealth and health insurance aspect.Create new campaign activation to serve agents following strategic products and projects of AIATH.Analyze campaign performance data and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.Manage campaign budgets and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to support campaign execution.Develop and communicate Agency campaign through designed materials e.g. brochure, poster, video via various communication channels/platforms together with update progress and results to key stakeholders, including senior leadership and sales teams.Prepare presentation to update senior management on campaign performance and its analysis with provided action plan and solution weekly basis.Qualifications:Bachelor or Master’s Degree in marketing, communications, campaign management, business administration, customer data management or related fields.Minimum 5+ year experiences in campaign activations and management, leads management. marketing activations. (experiences in life insurance, bank credit card campaign activation is preferrable)Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns and activities that engage audiences and drive measurable results.Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive strategy, optimize performance, and improve engagement.Strong leadership, communication and managerial skill.Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple activities, lead cross-functional teams, and meet tight deadlines.Creative mindset with a strong sense of brand storytelling, audience engagement, and experiential design.In accordance with recruitment policy and hiring standard of AIA (Thailand) Company Limited, after completing the selection process, you are required for criminal background check before joining the company.
