Industry: FMCGJob Summary: Our FMCG client is looking for a Distribution Center Manager to lead and optimize warehouse operations, ensure efficient inbound/outbound processes, maintain stock accuracy, and support business growth through strong coordination and high service standards. Main Responsibilities: Lead warehouse operations strategy to improve efficiency, capacity, and cost-effectiveness. Oversee inbound shipments, storage, redressing, outbound, and return processes to ensure timely and accurate handling. Manage manpower planning, equipment needs, and infrastructure reliability. Ensure compliance with inventory accuracy, safety, quality standards, and documentation practices. Maintain high service quality and build strong customer relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams to drive warehouse utilization and business growth. Lead team performance and support continuous learning and improvement. Main Requirements: Strong experience in warehouse and inventory operations. Good understanding of distribution and transportation. Customer-focused with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Office; fluent in Khmer and fair in English.
