Working with StakeholdersSkilled in engaging with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritise business needs through interviews and workshops. Using Business Analysis ToolsExperienced in applying BA methods and tools to support service improvements and project delivery. Process and Data ModellingAble to create and review process models (e.g. BPMN, UML) to help understand and improve workflows. Documentation and TestingCapable of producing clear documentation and test scripts and reviewing outcomes to ensure requirements are met.
