About the RoleWe are looking for a Supply Planning Manager to join our Supply Chain team. The role will be responsible for implementing departmental policies and processes, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring smooth coordination across functions to achieve operational excellence. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement departmental policies, processes, and procedures, ensuring compliance and efficiency. Manage demand forecasting using both qualitative and quantitative methods to provide accurate forecasts, reduce inventory costs, and support sales targets. Prepare production plans aligned with demand and coordinate with material management to ensure component availability.
Maintain effective communication with the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Finance teams to ensure up-to-date demand plans. Prepare the annual budget and quarterly updated forecasts, highlighting potential risks and opportunities. Monitor stock levels, proactively addressing slow-moving items and shortages. Coordinate with the Shipping team to develop shipping plans, ensuring timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction. Supervise and guide team members, ensuring activities are performed efficiently and in compliance with procedures. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing processes and adopting best practices. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards. Qualifications & ExperienceIndustrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management (Master’s preferred).
4–6 years of experience in a similar role, including at least 2 years in a managerial position. Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, demand planning, and forecasting methods. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
