About The RoleReporting into the Cluster General Manager, the Resort Manager will oversee all operational departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Spa, Recreation, and Security. This role places a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction, financial performance, and cultivating a positive team culture. Previous experience as Director of Operations or Hotel/General Manager, preferably in a resort-style property. Strong track record of managing complex operations and fostering positive owner relations. Experience leading large teams and overseeing extensive facilities. Commercial acumen with a history of delivering strong financial outcomes in competitive island environments. Expertise in Rooms Division with a comprehensive understanding of all hotel operations. Commitment to delivering a true five-star guest experience. Key AttributesInspirational leadership with the ability to coach, mentor, and motivate team members. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong financial and cost-control capabilities.
Strategic commercial insight, including budgeting, forecasting, and market analysis.
