????????????????????This position performs the functions associated with preparing the legal documents used in connection with the sale of HGV timeshare along with assisting with various legal matters in support of Japan legal needs and the US project registration team. Prepare, maintain, review and arrange for translation of consumer facing purchase documents and disclosures related to the sale of timeshare (purchase agreements, important matters disclosure documents, public offering statements, etc.
) Communicate written guidelines to various departments regarding 1) the use of consumer facing documents in order to comply with a timeshare property’s approved timeshare registration, 2) changes made to consumer facing documents, and 3) respond to questions to questions related to such documents. Liason with third party vendors to prepare print-ready documents for distribution as needed. Liason with translation service providers for translation services as needed. Liaison with local service providers (such as shiho shoshi), title companies, regulatory authorities (such as local recorder’s offices), internal deparments (i. e. , Club, Portfolio Services, Deeding and Document Services, etc.
) and outside counsel regarding consumer documents, as needed. Assist with compiling information and documentation necessary to file timeshare registrations, amendments, and renewals. Work with IT Department to setup and program of new projects and project documents (including testing) and resolve system issues, as needed Maintain archive of all prior versions of system generated documents and a log of change requests for compliance. Assist with owner communications and related translations as needed.
Perform other related duties in support of HGV Legal as assignedRequired QualificationsExcellent English and Japanese written and verbal communications (Korean Spanish skills a plus)Accurate and efficient computer skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have an aptitude to learn new systemsWilling or able to obtain Real Estate License if requested by the CompanyPreferred QualificationsKnowledge of company's system for consumer document generationReal Estate License
