Fluency in Arabic (native or near-native proficiency) and advanced English skills (both written and verbal) are essential for effective communication with clients/Near-native English. Have capital markets advanced knowledge. Previous customer service experience is preferred, ideally in fast-paced or financial environments, with a strong focus on engagement and problem-solving.
Proven experience in Forex and a solid understanding of the market and its dynamics is mandatory. University/College degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience demonstrating relevant skills. Strong passion for learning with a keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and excellence in tasks and client interactions. Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to present information clearly, professionally, and engagingly. Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities efficiently and independently.
Proficiency in CRM systems and advanced computer skills are essential for managing client relationships and data effectively. Demonstrate responsibility, ambition, and a strong drive for personal and professional growth. Energetic, enthusiastic, and able to create a positive experience in every client interaction. ResponsibilitiesProvide world-class service, support and guidance to our client base via chat, phone, and email. Represent the company and product at the highest possible level. In-depth understanding of multiple workflows, policies, and tools.
Provide to our customers knowledge, best practices in how to gather and use information, in order to be able to make informed decisions in the market. Schedule and attend meetings. Stay up to date on the latest financial happenings and major headlines. Participation in exciting events in our industry (expos, seminars, etc. ). Respond in timely manner to all the needs and inquiries of our customers. Ensure all client inquiries are responded to in full, including any follow-up inquiries.
