Prepare and deliver monthly reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators. Lead business planning and annual budgeting processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Develop and maintain financial models and forecasting tools to support business performance tracking. Analyze financial trends and provide data-driven recommendations to management. Collaborate with internal departments to gather, interpret, and consolidate financial information. Create and present financial reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel. Provide regular insights and recommendations to support cost optimization and revenue growth.
Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 4 years of relevant financial analysis experience in the UAE. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Power BIAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, particularly in financial reporting. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Prior experience in distributor or FMCG companies in the UAE.
