They’re passionate about style, comfort, and performance. About the role: Our client is seeking a Customer Service Agent to support our e-commerce team with all things customer related. Key responsibilities:
Being the main contact point for customers via phone, email and live chatSolve problems for customers as quickly and thoroughly as possible whether they are related to order issues, delivery issues or product questions/concerns. Working closely with others in the company to resolve and report any issues. Learning the product’s features and benefits so you can accurately help customers find the right fit for their needs. Learning the internal logistics systems and order management softwareIdentifying patterns with customer issues and feedback and accurately reporting to the team.
Provide feedback on how customers view our products, support, and company and working with the team to consistently improve on all of those elements. Required Skills & Experience: 2+ years of experience in Customer Service or similar roles, preferably within e-commerce or retail apparel/fashion industry. Proficient in CRM and ticketing tools, especially Zendesk; able to manage and resolve customer inquiries efficiently across multiple channels. Experience with major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and Shopify, with a solid understanding of order management, shipping, and returns processes.
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills; demonstrates patience, a positive attitude, and strong problem-solving abilities. Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of multitasking in fast-paced environments while navigating multiple systems and prioritizing customer satisfaction.
