HireForce is working with an Irish company who are for a Project Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and detail-oriented, implementing these qualities through a variety of tasks ranging from project administration and financial support. Responsibilities include: Manage communication with stakeholders via phone and email;Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders;Support manager in communication, development and roll out of relevant programmes with stakeholders;Support record-keeping and assist in the preparation of reports;Prepare invoices for submission to relevant parties;Monitor accounts and ensuring timely payments from customers;Managing audits as required.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience3 years’ experience in previous role;Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;Well-organised and pro-active individual.
