About The RoleWe are seeking a friendly, conscientious Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional customer service or administrative training is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, call center, or administrative roles preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using computer systems, including web-based scheduling and routing software. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Empathetic attitude and a genuine desire to assist customers. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and schedules.
ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming customer calls and inquiries professionally and promptly. Logically and efficiently route service technicians to customer locations using web-based scheduling systems. Coordinate appointments and rescheduling as needed to meet customer and operational requirements. Provide accurate information regarding services, pricing, and scheduling to customers. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues. Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and service schedules. Collaborate with team members to optimize daily operations and customer experience. Assist in training new team members and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
