About The RoleWe are seeking a proficient UI Designer to join our team, playing a vital role in training our AI chatbots to code effectively. In this remote position, you will work closely with our AI development team to assess and enhance the coding capabilities of our chatbots. Your primary responsibilities will include designing diverse coding problems, evaluating chatbot-generated code for accuracy and efficiency, and providing high-quality solutions and explanations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong programming skills in Python and/or JavaScript, with familiarity in additional languages such as TypeScript, C, C#, C++, HTML/CSS, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, SQL, and Swift. Your ability to articulate your solutions clearly and effectively will be essential in training our AI models and improving their performance. This role offers the flexibility to choose your projects and work on your own schedule, making it an excellent opportunity for those seeking a remote, flexible work environment.
