Experience managing multiple roles and clients simultaneously while maintaining a focus on results and deadlines. Proficiency with technology tools such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. Resourcefulness, resilience, and a relentless drive to succeed in a competitive environment.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sourcing candidates and closing deals. Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach, screening, interviewing, to offer negotiation and placement. Driving results by meeting or exceeding placement targets, while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism. Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients and candidates to foster repeat business and referrals.
