The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing enterprise contact data, supporting marketing initiatives, and ensuring data integrity across various systems. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong technical skills, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights. QualificationsRequired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in data analytics, finance, computer science, statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum of four years of experience in data analysis, with at least one year specializing in ETL processes. At least one year of experience in Property/Casualty insurance or a similar domain. Proficiency in database query languages and report writing, particularly SQL. Experience working within an agile team environment. Knowledge of system design concepts and platform architecture.
Willingness to pursue ongoing training and professional development. Preferred QualificationsExperience with SQL query development and report generation. ResponsibilitiesThe Marketing Data Analyst will be responsible for supporting the division and organizational needs related to enterprise contact data and analytics. Key responsibilities include: Utilizing data tools such as SQL Server Management Studio to analyze and manage contact data across enterprise systems. Establishing and maintaining data quality analysis functions, including testing for accuracy and completeness, and researching data anomalies. Communicating data issues and providing recommendations for resolution to management.
Serving as a subject matter expert in business technology, assisting with the design, development, and maintenance of contact data systems. Participating in corporate and departmental projects as a Data Steward to ensure data availability, accuracy, and integrity. Providing insights and support for system data and database queries related to marketing activities. Presenting raw data findings along with interpretations and strategic recommendations based on analysis.
