The role involves utilizing both traditional and innovative sourcing techniques, including social media platforms, job boards, networking events, trade journals, campus recruiting, and more, to identify and attract both active and passive candidates. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist ensures a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding, maintaining process integrity and compliance with company policies and federal employment standards. This role also involves building and maintaining relationships with external organizations and community groups to foster diverse talent pipelines, supporting the company’s commitment to an inclusive workforce.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree with at least four years of relevant recruiting and sourcing experience. Demonstrated expertise in behavioral-based interviewing techniques and proficiency in utilizing internet search engines and social networking sites for sourcing are essential. Experience with SuccessFactors ATS or similar applicant tracking systems is preferred. The candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of business practices and procedures in talent acquisition, with the ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and resolve day-to-day recruitment challenges effectively.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build relationships with internal teams and external organizations are critical. Occasional travel may be required to attend recruitment events or meet with external partners. ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, pre-employment testing, and onboarding, ensuring process integrity and compliance. Oversee the staffing responsibilities of HR coordinators to facilitate timely and accurate processing of applicants and new hires. Establish and nurture partnerships with educational institutions, industry associations, and community organizations to develop diverse candidate pools.
Coordinate participation in recruitment events such as campus visits, career fairs, and job fairs to promote employment opportunities and attract qualified candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and execute short-term and long-term recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals and diversity initiatives. Leverage social media platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and others to post job openings, share employer branding content, and actively engage with potential candidates. Represent B.
