In this role, you’ll play a vital part by being involved in the planning, creation, and redesign of internal platforms and dashboards, enhancing user experiences across various products. This role requires close collaboration with multiple departments to deliver user-centred solutions that align with business & technical needs and should be able to support end-to-end design processes. Responsibilities: Define product requirements and shape product vision through co-creation sessions with business and technical stakeholders. Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes, delivering design solutions that meet user needs and business goals.
Help the team maintain an up-to-date Figma-based design system and ensure designs meet WCAG accessibility standards. Collaborate within Agile/SCRUM workflows to align design efforts with development processes. Educate teams on UX design processes, emphasizing design thinking and best practices. Convey design intent clearly to engineering teams for seamless implementation. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field. 5+ years in digital product design, with expertise in responsive web, mobile interfaces, and enterprise dashboards. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to develop clear information architectures, effective visual hierarchies, and user-centered dashboards.
