The role also includes curriculum development, promoting research initiatives, maintaining industry-academia relationships, and fostering an environment of innovation and collaboration within the department.Qualifications : B.Com,M.Com, Ph.D with net qualifiedExpertise in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, and Business StudiesStrong leadership, administrative, and mentoring skillsExcellent research, curriculum development, and academic planning abilitiesEffective communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skillsDemonstrated ability to establish and nurture industry-academia partnershipsPh.D. in Commerce or a related field preferred; Master's degree requiredA proven track record of teaching and research in higher educationFamiliarity with current trends and innovations in education and industry
