As we expand this innovative approach to enhance our internal operations and workflows, we are looking for talented individuals to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of asset management. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role at Geninnov Pte. Ltd. in Singapore. The hired person will be an integral part of enhancing our internal operations and workflows, working across finance and operations functions. Key responsibilities include:Performing core accounting tasks and support the preparation and maintenance of financial statements and records in compliance with regulatory standards (including MAS requirements).Assisting in financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making and investment research processes.Contributing to reconciliation, expense management, budgeting processes and forecasts.Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and operational policies.Taking responsibility for internal operations and workflows as well as helping to streamline them through innovative, disruptive methods.Facilitating effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders (e.g., auditors, custodians). QualificationsProficiency in Finance and Financial Statement analysis.Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills with an aptitude for innovation.Solid knowledge of Accounting principles and practices.Experience or strong interest in operational process enhancement or workflow automation is a plus.Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills to articulate complex financial information clearly.Exceptional Attention to detail and Strong Organizational Skills.Ability to work collaboratively in an agile, dynamic team environment.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.This is a junior to middle management role. We are looking for someone with 3-7 years of experience in handling similar tasks in a bank or financial services company(fund management company would be ideal).
