Communication & CoordinationAnswer and direct phone calls politely and professionally.Greet visitors and guide them to appropriate offices.Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.Documentation & FilingPrepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.Maintain physical and digital filing systems for easy access.Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, mail, packages).Office ManagementMonitor and order office supplies.Assist in planning company events, meetings, and team-building activities.Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transportation).Data & ReportingPerform data entry and maintain records accurately.Support preparation of regular reports and presentations.Technology UseProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email tools.Ability to manage basic bookkeeping tasks and expense tracking.Skills & QualificationsStrong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent written and verbal communication.Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.Basic knowledge of office software and administrative processes.Educational requirement: High school diploma or Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred for some roles).Experience: 0–2 years in administrative or office support roles.RegardsTASC Recruitment Team
