Job Description

The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead a team of Talent Acquisition Professionals across the UK/IE and Middle East and Africa regions. This role requires expertise in regional hiring strategies, workforce planning, and partnering with senior business stakeholders to attract top talent. You will play a pivotal role in driving transformational change and high performance within talent acquisition, shaping new strategies to enhance efficiency, diversity, and employer branding across the region. How You’ll Make An ImpactDevelop and execute region-specific talent acquisition strategies, focusing on transformational change and continuous improvement.

Partner with HR Operations to implement data-driven, scalable recruitment models, ensuring a seamless and efficient candidate experience. Lead efforts in change management, introducing innovative hiring technologies and best practices tailored for the Nordic workforce. Manage relationships with external agencies and recruitment partners, ensuring alignment with evolving market trends and talent expectations. Analyze recruitment metrics and leverage insights to optimize agile talent acquisition strategies, enabling a more responsive hiring process. Champion a culture of continuous learning, leading a team of Talent Acquisition Partners to drive long-term, impactful change.

Taking a role as a player-coach, taking an active role in recruitment delivery of requisitions to support the region or key defined functional area. Make an impact as part of a key member of the EMEA TA Leadership team, as well as being included in the Global TA Manager community. Your BackgroundBachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience. Extensive demonstrable leadership experience in talent acquisition, within and across in the specified region. Expertise in leading talent acquisition transformation, including process optimization and digital hiring solutions.

Strong change management skills, capable of steering teams through recruitment innovation and modernization. Proven ability to source and attract top candidates, utilizing cutting-edge recruitment technologies, and sourcing strategies. Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities, ensuring talent acquisition aligns with evolving business goals and workforce needs. Excellent proficiency in English.
