The PositionDesign and navigate impactful brand building strategies, sponsorships and initiatives to strengthen brand positioning and build brand experiences (local and global)Manage the HKSTP brand’s public image by communicating with the media, conducting market research, and performing brand analysisCreate and maintain a strong brand identity across all touchpointsEstablish partnerships with park companies, agencies, media outlets, and other external partners for collaborations to broaden the reach of the business’s brand messagingConduct regular and consistent research, brand competitive analysis and surveys to identify brand awareness gaps, with current marketing trends and industry practices to help develop leading strategies to support the Corporation in achieving its business objectivesDevelop measurements to evaluate programmes effectiveness and analyze & compile reports for management reviewPerform any other duties as assigned by the managementThe CandidateBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Social Science, Languages or equivalentMinimum 10 years of experience preferably working in an MNC or ad/marketing/PR agency with the capability of storytelling from a cross-cultural perspective and global mindsetHigher education or professional qualifications with less experience will also be consideredPR, journalism and/or event management background is a plusProactive, agile, creative, passionate and good team player; eager to learn and growStrong project management, with strategic & analytical mindset and problem-solving skillsAble to work independently to lead the projects and coach other junior team memberExcellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skillsProficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)What We OfferUnique Work.
