[HN & HCM] Payroll Consultant

Job Description

Open for both HCMC & HNOpen for Vietnamese onlyROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:HR generalManage and Process monthly payroll to Payroll & Staffing Clients of Payroll team include single and multiple accounts; manage and input master data, timesheet, all kind of payroll reports (salary, payslip, PIT, insurance, labor…)Handle the initial setting up of new payroll clients and give necessary advice on other admin set up to Payroll clientsManage and coordinate with team in insurance and PIT registration/ report, including insurance claim and benefit.Manage all processes of new hires, termination, labor contract, onboarding documents and reports in compliance with current regulationsManage & follow up all kinds of leaves of associates including annual leaves, unpaid leave; sick leave…Cooperate with HR team for induction training to associatesMonthly catch up with associates in working places, support and conduct meetings with associates to settle issues at site with clientsManage all HR admin related tasks with support from admin team.ConsultingTogether with team leader - to communicate with existing clients on requirement of new scopes (within terms and conditions that agreed in existing Service Agreement) included preparation of quotation, extension of service contract.Support or join with manager in reviewing with current clients regarding outsourcing/ staffing service.Providing input to team and manager in operating process and local regulation/ requirement that impact to service delivery.Daily consult and update clients/ associates with all legal/ labor and services related issues.Monthly report to client and regional/ global account management teamAccounting & financial taskManage clients and monthly process of billing & payment.Control and manage outsourcing cost, reconcile P&L report.OthersWork with team in improving procedure and service delivery.Support clients in related payroll reports, audit as needed.Others task as assigned by manager.REQUIREMENTS:At least 2 years of professional experience in human resources or related HR services, strong C&B, especially strong payroll processMust possess effective communication skill (English - written and verbal) and customer service skills.Solid on-site experience.BENEFITS:15 Annual Leave Days MIN (additional 1 day per 2 years of service, max 30 days)13.5 Public Holidays Including Christmas Day and evesMonthly meal allowanceAttractive quarterly & yearly bonusFlexible working timePrivate health and accident insurance package for employeeBirthday Leave and Birthday giftAdditional Long Service Bonus (1 gross month per 5 years) etc.WORKING HOUR: Mon - Fri, 8:30AM - 5:30PM or 9:00AM - 6:00PMLOCATION:HCM: 16th Floor, Sailing Tower, 111A Pasteur, Saigon ward, HCMCHN: 4th Floor, Thaisquare Caliria Building, No. 11A Cat Linh, O Cho Dua Ward, Hanoi
