Proud to offer a dynamic working environment with abundant growth opportunities, AHT Tech has become home to over 300 professionals worldwide.JOB DESCRIPTIONContent MarketingPlan, produce, and manage content across the company’s website, blog, white-paper and social channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).Write and edit English and Vietnamese content for branding, product marketing, and lead generation.Optimize content for SEO and ensure alignment with brand voice and marketing goals.Branding & CommunicationDevelop and maintain brand identity, ensuring consistent tone and visuals across all communication channels.Support design and messaging for internal and external campaigns.Coordinate with partners and agencies to execute brand communication and media activities.Event & Campaign ManagementPlan and execute marketing campaigns, webinars, and offline events to strengthen brand presence.Coordinate logistics, media coverage, and post-event content production (recaps, videos, press releases).Cross-functional collaborationWork closely with Sales and Consulting teams to align Go-to-Market activities.Contribute creative ideas to enhance customer engagement and company visibility in the SEA region.Perform additional tasks assigned by the Head of Department or the Board of Directors.REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing (preferably in B2B, tech, or consulting industries).Strong English proficiencyExcellent writing and editing skills for English content on international communication channels.Confident verbal communication in English to present ideas, discuss with partners, clients, and colleagues.Experience managing social media and website content; basic understanding of SEO and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console).Creative thinking, good storytelling ability, and a strong sense of branding.Good organizational and project management skills, able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Experience in event planning or partner collaboration is a plus.Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.BENEFITSYou will haveCompetitive salary based on skills and experience2-month probation with 85% of the official salaryReview performance according to the company rule (Twice a year)Be consulted and oriented on a clear career pathParticipate in internal training programs to improve skillsWorking in a friendly, dynamic and professional environment, chances to challenge yourself and fast growing in the careerWorking hours: From Monday to Friday (8 hours/day), flexible check-in from 8:00-8:30 AMWith other benefitsSocial Insurance according to Labor LawAnnual health check-up at international hospitals13 days of annual leave per yearParticipation in various company events such as New Year/Year-End Party, Company Trip, Anniversary Celebration, Happy Hour, etc.Involvement in volunteering and team-building activities, as well as internal sports competitions (e.g., gaming tournaments, running, football, badminton, etc.)Have a chance for internal training programs to improve professional skills, soft skills and foreign languages Opportunities to obtain professional certificates
